International E-Z UP^®, Inc. ("E-Z UP") warrants that its products are free from defects in material or workmanship for the durations set forth below from the original date of purchase or date of delivery (if later than the date of purchase) under normal and expected use, as determined by the E-Z UP. E-Z UP's obligation and liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement (at its option) of the product or its parts, after E-Z UP's own review and examination of the claim.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.

• Fabric canopy tent tops, sidewalls, and enclosures
• Canopy tent accessories and attachments (countertops, crossbars, brackets, misting fans, etc.)
• All other non-canopy tent products (flags, table covers, chairs, etc.)

Weather Disclaimer

Weather conditions are inherently unpredictable, and interpretations of wind and rain severity can vary.Therefore, users are solely responsible for ensuring their canopy tent is suitable for their specific environment. All canopy tents must be securely anchored to the ground regardless of weather conditions.

Please exercise caution and use your best judgment when selecting and setting up your canopy tent in any outdoor environment, such as checking weather forecasts beforehand or avoiding setup in known hazardous conditions. Do not leave your canopy tent unattended. Safety should always be the top priority. When in doubt, take it down.

Limitations

• This warranty is limited to the original end-user purchaser in the United States only and is not transferable.
• Because E-Z UP cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, warranty coverage applies only to products purchased directly from E-Z UP or an Authorized E-Z UP Dealer in the United States, unless otherwise prohibited by law. If you have any questions about whether a dealer is authorized, contact us through our website or by calling us at 800-457-4233.
• E-Z UP reserves the right to reject warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized 3rd parties, including unauthorized internet sites, or resold items.
• There are no warranties which extend beyond those stated herein. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE APPLICABLE TO PRODUCTS, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL E-Z UP BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL LOSS, INJURY, OR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM PRODUCT USE OR BASED UPON BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR STRICT LIABILITY. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, negligence, or failure to follow product instructions.
• Weather-related damage caused by high winds, heavy rain, hail, or snow.
• Normal wear and tear, fading, discoloration, or cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.
• Damage resulting from modification, alteration, or unauthorized repairs.

Warranty Returns

Before returning any part or product to E-Z UP, please contact us for specific warranty return shipping instructions.

• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to return the product to E-Z UP for warranty consideration.
• E-Z UP is not liable for damage occurring during transit. Please ensure products are securely packaged to avoid transit damage.
• All claims must be submitted with valid proof of purchase (purchase receipt, order invoice, bank/credit card statement, etc.) by fax (951-779-7948), email (warranty@ezup.com), or mail (International E-Z UP, Warranty Department, 1900 Second Street, Norco, CA 92860). You will also be asked to provide your E-Z UP part/model number which can be found on a sticker located on the upper corner of the canopy tent frame and may also be listed in your original documentation or receipt.
