Product Return Policy

You may return any stock or standard purchased from within 30 days from the purchase date by following these simple steps:

  • Initiate the return within 30 days from product receipt by completing the “Returns” form online. Make sure you fill this form completely so we can better serve you.
    • If the item was purchased at one of our stores, you may return the product to the original store where the item was purchased along with your receipt. At that point the product will be inspected to assure it is in original, saleable condition before a credit is provided.
  • Once your request is received, it will be reviewed for approval. Once the return is approved, you will receive a code authorizing your return.
    • If your request is not approved, you will receive an email explaining why.
    • Note that customized items cannot be returned. This includes items with customized graphics, and custom colors. We unfortunately cannot resell these items.
  • Once you have the approval code, your item must be returned:
    • In its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, etc.).
    • With the original or copy of the receipt and/or packing slip that it came with.
    • With the authorization code clearly marked on and/or within the package.

Return Guidelines

  1. Please allow proper time to receive your item and process your credit. All items must pass through quality control before being accepted for credit. Those items that fail this inspection will be returned to the customer without credit issuance. We reserve the right to charge the customer for return shipping costs.
  2. No returns/credits will be honored without meeting the preceding conditions.
  3. For your protection, we strongly recommend that all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier (UPS, FedEx etc.). Customer is responsible for all costs related to return shipping.
  4. After the return is approved, the customer’s credit card will be reimbursed for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee and a restocking fee of 15%.
  5. All credits will only be applied to the same credit card used to make the purchase.
  6. If the issue relates to a broken part or an apparent defect, please refer to our warranty policy as outlined on the Warranty Info Page
